  Responsibilities

  1. Domestic and cross-border investment and financing equity structure construction, landing and other compliance consulting; corporation operation compliance consulting of domestic and foreign investor’s entity in China.

  2. Assist supervisors to complete pre-project research, consultation and quotation.

  3. Implement consulting projects under the guidance of superiors, including drafting paperwork, responding to customer enquiries, completing compliance registration/recording/approval and organizing project documentation files.

  4. Assist superiors in client maintenance.

  5. Assist supervisors in the development of sample documents and processes.

  6. Regularly collect and update industry policies.

  Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree or above in law or related majors, and a lawyer's license is preferred.

  2. Experience of 1-3 years of relevant work.

  3. Fluent in English, both written and oral.

  4. Experience in a well-known law firm or consulting firm is preferred.

  5. Excellent self-learning ability and communication skills.
